DrugSets is a database that provides lncRNA-TF-gene regulatory triplets related to 282 drug sensitivity. Pharmacological and genomic data sets were collected from GDSC and CCLE database, respectively. It has been reported that lncRNA can regulate the expression of transcription factors, thereby regulating the expression of transcription factor target genes, thereby affecting drug sensitivity. It is meaningful to study the role of lncRNA-TF-gene triplets in the mechanism of cancer drug resistance. DrugSets currently cover 1570 lncRNA-TF-gene triplets for 282 drugs. Here, each drug is provided in the database with sensitivities related triplets, as well as the lncRNA, TF and gene in the triplets.
