Cancer-related lncRNAs

The expression of lncRNAs show prevalent perturbation in cancer. In order to investigate the function of lncRNAs, we provided the differentially expressed lncRNAs in each cancer type. The users can input the lncRNA of interest, the output results will provide that whether this lncRNA was perturbed in cancer. The users can also query these lncRNAs by different computational methods, including T-test and Fisher's exact test (see details in method).
