  • Layer: Select a layer in your selected dataset.

  • Func type: Select a functional type that interests you for analysis, including BP (biological process), MF(molecular function), CC(cellular component), Hallmark and Pathway.

    Func value: You can select a specific functional pathway.

  • Point Size / Axis: The point size in the graph can be set to 5 parameters.(Tiny = 1, Small = 2, Medium = 3, Large = 4, Oversized=5) / Set whether to display the axis, the default is 'show'.
