  • Dataset: Please select any dataset in LnCeCell 2.0 to explore (including cancer and normal datasets), click the icon on the right to view the complete table of all dataset names.

  • Type / Value: In this section, you can select your interested lncRNA/mRNA/ceRNA and view the expression of this lncRNA/mRNA/ceRNA in the selected dataset.

  • Coordinates: LnCeCell 2.0 provides all four reference coordinates to display the expression of your interested value in the dataset.

    Point Size: The point size in the graph can be set to 5 parameters.(Tiny = 1, Small = 2, Medium = 3, Large = 4, Oversized=5)

  • Cell Type / Axis: Set cell types in the dataset, the default is 'All cell'. / Set whether to display the axis, the default is 'show'.

    Trackline: Set whether to display the track line, the default is 'hidden' (Please Attention: this parameter can take effect only when coord = "Monocle2 / Monocle3")
