We developed a novel web server, MG-ncExplorer, to exploring the ncRNA’s biological roles involved in microglia. The current version of MG-ncExplorer:

i) 648 Manual retrieval verified ncRNA-microglia associations from publications containing 487 miRNAs, 145 lncRNAs and 16 circRNAs.

ii) Computational detection predicted ncRNA-microglia associations based on 10 microglia related ncRNA profiles and more than 2300 brain tissues.
