MetPriCNet provides a platform to prioritize candidate disease-related metabolites by fully considering topological
information of multi-omics composite network. First, we constructed a composite network in the viewpoint of multi-omics by
integrating genome, phenome, metabolome and interactome. Then the candidate metabolites were prioritized based on a global
distance similarity measure in the composite network. By given seed information (known phenotype, known disease genes and
known disease metabolite) and candidate metabolites, MetPriCNet could provide a table of the rank of the candidate metabolites.
