The ADRG database is a unique toxicological resource that contains manually verified Adverse Drug Reaction (ADR)-Gene-Drug trilateral relations. The information is extracted from public literature. The special information include idiosyncratic ADRs with related risk genetic variation and population distribution information, ADR standardized classification system (eg. MedDRA, WHO, ADReCS), ADR related gene with tissue distribution and subcellular localization as well as other comprehensive and detailed ADR terms, human genes, drug data information. Additionally, ADR similaritity search tool will help you retrieval the most similar ADR pairs and related genes.
