Introdution
The initiation and progression of disease is relevant with the aberrant
expression of both protein coding and non-coding genes. Increasing evidences
demonstrated that the long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) play important roles in
various biological processes and development of diseases through mediating
their specific biological pathways. LncSubpathway system provides a flexible
platform to explore the functional roles of lncRNAs by integrating matched
lncRNA-mRNA expression profiles and pathway topologies. LncSubpathway identifies
the most relevance pathway regions that related with risk lncRNAs and implicated
with study conditions through simultaneously considering dysregulation of lncRNAs
and PCGs and correlation changes of interactions.
LncSubpathway provides an analysis platform for identifying transcriptional
dysregulation of subpathway regions that associated with risk lncRNAs. Furthermore, the
LncSubpathway system provides two flexible ways to visualize subpathways.
