| Detail Description | the expression levels of mature miR-19b-5p in thymomas with MG (2.30 ± 0.88, P<0.05) and in thymomas without MG(1.85 ± 0.73, P<0.05) were more remarkably increased than those in healthy subjects.these results show that miR-19b-5p suppressed TSLP expression by directly targeting their 3′ UTRs. |
