| Detail Description | The study revealed differential expression of 27 exosomal miRNAs in PD CSF compared to those in healthy controls. Among them, we found that 16 exosomal miRNAs were up regulated and 11 miRNAs were under regulated significantly (p < 0.05) in CSF from PD patients when compared with healthy controls. |
