| Detail Description | The expression of miR-145 was also measured in PBMC and CD4+CD25-/CD4+CD25+ cells from MG patients and healthy controls using real-time PCR. miR-145 was significantly down-regulated in CD4+CD25- T cells from PBMC and CD4+CD25- T cells from MG patients (p<0.001), compared with their controls. |
