| Detail Description | ERa and ERb exerted adverse effects on tau phosphorylation. The overexpression of ERa caused tau hyperphosphorylation and aggregation,while the overexpression of ERb induced tau hypophosphorylation. The opposite effects of ERs on tau phosphorylation were mainly caused by the differential regulation of miR-218/PTPa signaling, which in turn disturbed the balance of GSK-3b/PP2A. |
