Detail Description |
The chemokine/chemokine receptor CCL2/CCR2 axis was impaired in BDMs from AD and MCI patients, causing a deficit in cell migration.Immune-related microRNAs (miRNAs),including miR-155, -154, -200b, -27b,and -128, were found to be differentially expressed in AD and MCI patients. All five miRNAs were overexpressed in BDMs from AD patients.MiR-154 and miR-23a share CCR2 as a predictive target, whereas miR-27b has been shown to regulate the CXCL12/CXCR4 axis, the observed increase in these miRNAs may contribute to the impairments observed in cell migration.TREM2 expression is increased in MCI patients. |
