| Detail Description |
To explore the role of miR-181c in the pathogenesis of MG, we separated the PBMCs from the patients and healthy controls, and real-time quantitative RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of miR-181c. expression of miR-181c in generalized MG or ocular MG patients was significantly lower than in healthy controls.Using a luciferase reporter assay, we found that wildtype IL-7 3-UTR luciferase activity was significantly suppressed by cotransfected miR-181c mimics in comparison with nontargeting miRNA. |
