| Detail Description | We assayed relative miRNA levels in our PD and CTL brain samples using Agilent miRNA arrays and Genespring XL to process results. We identified 48 miRNA’s that were regulated >2-fold in the PD samples. Of these, microRNA.org predicted 11 miRNA families that could interact with PGC-1α, or its upstream regulators. |
