| Detail Description | The expression levels of miR-34b and miR-34c were analysed by RT-PCR and the results revealed that miR-34b expression was also significantly reduced in the putamen of PD in early Braak stages and along disease progression. The miR-34b levels showed a significant inverse correlation with A2AR protein levels,The results showed that the presence of the miR-34b mimic yielded a significant reduction in the luciferase activity compared with the scr sequence with the construct containing the 3′UTR-ADORA2. |
