| Detail Description | The expression of serum miR-133b in PD patients was significantly decreased compared with that in control subjects. Furthermore, we divided PD patients into PDLCP and PDNCP subgroups according to their serum CP levels. When we compared expression of miR-133b in the two subgroups and the control group using Welch's corrected unpaired T test, we found that the expression of serum miR-133b was significantly reduced in the PDLCP group compared with the PDNCP group. |
