| Funtion Description |
We modeled the process of FAPs converting to adipocytes in cell culture using medium that induces adipogenesis. We discovered a miR-206:Runx1 axis regulating FAP adipogenesis, with miR-206 binding to Runx1 transcript in a non-canonical manner.
