| Funtion Description |
Compared with EP-MSC(AT), in LP-MSC(AT) the CD26 surface staining was increased and the CD26high subpopulation was larger. CD26 surface protein was increased in EP-MSC(AT) from adult compared to pediatric donors. Together, these data support the idea that CD26 provides a marker of MSC(AT) replicative senescence.
