| Funtion Description | In addition, to verify the reliability of the five hubs ARDEGs, we collected blood samples from AD and healthy individuals to perform quantitative real-time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction. The results showed that compared with HCs, the mRNA expression levels of PDGFRB, PLOD1, MAP4K4, and NFKBIA were significantly elevated in AD patients, suggesting they may have the potential to be diagnostic biomarkers for AD. |
