Functional Annotation

The 'GO BP', 'KEGG' and 'Cell cycle' gene sets were obtained from Molecular Signatures Database (MSigDB, https://www.gsea-msigdb.org/gsea/msigdb). The 'Cell state' gene sets were obtained from a previous study (CancerSEA: a cancer single-cell state atlas). The 'Immune pathway' gene sets were obtained from ImmPort database (https://www.immport.org/home).
