function description	Among the luminal breast cancers, DSCAM-AS1 is expressed significantly higher in luminal B, a clinical subtype containing most of the clinically aggressive ER-positive breast cancers. We demonstrate that DSCAM-AS1 mediates tumour progression and tamoxifen resistance and identify hnRNPL as an interacting protein involved in the mechanism of DSCAM-AS1 action.
