Functional description
We selected differentially expressed 8 lncRNAs and 9 circRNAs, sharing a common binding site of MRE. For instance, lncRNA H19, circular MYLK and circular CTDP1 are ceRNA of miR-29a-3p targeting DNMT3B, ITGB1, VEGFA and HAS3. Whereas, lncRNA RP11-89K21.2 and circular PC are ceRNA of miR-185-3p targeting ADD1and BAP1. These RNA interactions would supply novel perspective for the tumorigenesis mechanisms of BC.
