Functional description
CRNDE was significantly increased in bladder cancer, and overexpressed expression of CRNDE was positively related with advanced TNM stage of bladder cancer patients. In addition, in vitro experiments showed that CRNDE strengthened cell migration/proliferation and inhibited cell apoptosis in bladder cancer.CRNDE can suppress E2F3 expression to increase miR-145 expression.
