Functional description
PWRN1 affected PTEN/Akt/MDM2/p53 axis via suppressing miR-425-5p.PWRN1 up-regulated could reduce proliferation and metastasis and increased apoptosis in GC cells, while miR-425-5p had reverse effects. PWRN1 may target an oncogene miR-425-5p.
