Functional description
the long non-coding RNA colon cancer–associated transcript 1 was upregulated in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues,and high colon cancer–associated transcript 1 expression level was positively associated with tumor volume and American Joint Committee on Cancer stage in hepatocellular carcinoma patients.These data demonstrated that the colon cancer–associated transcript 1/miR-490-3p/cyclin-dependent kinase 1 regulatory pathway promotes the progression of hepatocellular carcinoma.
