Functional description
CRNDE expression level,in MM sample and cell lines,is higher than control. Knockdown of CRNDE significantly inhibits the proliferative vitality of MM cells and induces cell cycle arrest in G0/G1 phase and apoptosis-promoting. Subsequently, miR-451 inhibitor rescues the tumorigenesis inhibition induced by CRNDE knockdown.
