Reference title
Overexpression of long non-coding RNA H20 is associated with unfavorable prognosis in patients with colorectal cancer and increased proliferation and migration in colon cancer cells.
Experimental verification
qPCR,Western blot etc.

Functional description
overexpression of H20 is associated with decreased recurrence free survival and overall survival rates in patients with colorectal cancer, and increased viability and migration in colon cancer cells.H19 may function as a competing endogenous RNA for miR-138 and miR-200a,antagonizing their functions and thus leading to the derepression of their endogenous targets vimentin, zinc finger E-box-binding homeobox (ZEB) OL-9705-NPS 1 and ZEB2,all of which were associated with the EMT process.
