Reference title
Long intergenic non-coding RNA 00152 promotes renal cell carcinoma progression by epigenetically suppressing P16 and negatively regulates miR-205.
Experimental verification
qPCR,RNAi,Western blot,RIP,ChIP,Luciferase reporter assay,Flow cytometry assay etc.

Functional description
LINC00152 expression was up-regulated in RCC tissues compared with adjacent normal tissues.Furthermore, knockdown of LINC00152 inhibited RCC cell proliferation and S phase cell proportion in vitro. Mechanistically,LINC00152 may contribute to RCC progression by epigenetically repressing P16 expression and interacted with miR-205.
