Functional description
The expression level of LINC00657 was downregulated in HCC tissues and HCC cell lines.Moreover,we illustrated the role of LINC00657 in suppressing the growth, invasion, migration of HCC in vitro.In addition, we found that LINC00657 can act as a ceRNA for PTEN mRNA through miR-106a-5p.Finally, we confirmed the role of LINC00657 in vivo.These results deepen our understanding of the role of LINC00657 in HCC.
