Functional description
LUCAT1 was substantially upregulated in glioma tissues and cells.LUCAT1 inhibition significantly suppressed the proliferation and invasion of glioma cells. The lncRNA LUCAT1 was critical for the proliferation and invasion of glioma cells by regulating miR-375.
