Reference title
Effects of miRNA-143 and the non-coding RNA MALAT1 on the pathogenesis and metastasis of HeLa cells.
Experimental verification
qPCR,RNAi,Western blot,MTT assay etc.

Functional description
The levels of MALAT1 were also significantly higher in the MALAT1 transfection group compared to the control group. Low levels of miRNA-143 and high levels of MALAT1 could potentiate proliferation of the cervical cancer cell line HeLa, and accelerate its invasion and migration via enhancement of vimentin and reduction of E-cadherin levels, respectively.
