Functional description
MALAT1 was up-regulated and functioned as an oncogene in osteosarcoma via RhoA and its downstream ROCKs.we confirmed that MALAT1 could regulate ROCK1/ROCK2 and their mediated metastasis and proliferation by working as a ceRNA mechanism via miR-144-3p.an overexpression of MALAT1 inhibited ROCK1/ROCK2 expression and its mediated metastasis and proliferation by working as a competitive endogenous RNA (ceRNA) via miR-144-3p.
