Functional description
Taken together,lncRNA-PVT1 functions as a competitive endogenous RNA to regulate MMP9 expression through competitively binding the common microRNAs, miR-200a and miR-200b. These findings suggest that lncRNA-PVT1 could predispose NSCLC patients to metastases and may serve as a promising target for antimetastatic therapies.
