Functional description
linc-ROR was upregulated in HCC tissues and high linc-ROR expression level predicted poor prognosis.ROR was upregulated in HCC tissues and high linc-ROR expression level predicted poor prognosis. ROR and ZEB2 interact with miR-145 by functioning as competing endogenous RNAs (ceRNAs).The disease-free survival (DFS) and over survival (OS) curves were plotted using the Kaplan-Meier method.
