Functional description
SNHG15 is highly expressed in glioma-induced endothelial cells while miR-153 is lowly expressed in glioma-induced endothelial cells.SNHG15 negatively regulates the expression of miR-153 and miR-153 negatively regulates the expression of VEGFA and Cdc42, which in turn affects glioma vascular endothelial cell proliferation, migration and tube formation in vitro. Therefore, we suggest that SNHG15 and miR-153 are novel targets for glioma anti-angiogenesis therapy.
