Functional description
SNHG3 promoted CRC progression via sponging miR-182-5p and upregulating c-Myc and its target genes.The results confirmed that SNHG3 was markedly upregulated in CRC.Notably, Kaplan-Meier analysis and log-rank test demonstrated that patients with overexpression of SNHG3 had poorer overall survival time than those with low expression of SNHG3.HOTAIR expression levels were significantly positively correlated with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) recurrence and metastasis and with the overall survival time of patients with HCC.
