Reference title
Evaluation of Circulatory RNA-Based Biomarker Panel in Hepatocellular Carcinoma.
Experimental verification
qPCR etc.

Functional description
We examined RNA-based biomarker panel expression level in 20 paired HCC tissues and adjacent non-tumor tissues by qRT-PCR. In tumor tissues, lncRNA-CTBP, miR-16-2, miR-21-5p expression were at a level higher than that of non-tumor tissues, with the median ratio of 421, 0.26; 12.7, 0.24; and 13.02, 0.28, respectively, compared with normal counterparts.
