Reference title
Overexpression of lncRNA H19/miR-675 promotes tumorigenesis in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
Experimental verification
qPCR, Cell transfection, Cell proliferation assay, Cell migration and invasion assay etc.

Functional description
We observed that both H19 and miR-675 were significantly overexpressed in a cohort of 65 primary tumor samples and two HNSCC cell lines. Importantly, when paired with patient follow-up data, higher expression of either H19 or miR-675 was significantly correlated with higher risk of patient relapse, and associated with worse overall survival and poor disease-free survival. Knockdown miR-675 caused significant reduction of cell viability, migratory and invasive capabilities.
