Functional description
Our results showed that HOTAIR was significantly upregulated in A549/CDDP cells compared with parental A549 cells. The results showed that si-HOTAIR increased miR-326 expression (Fig. 6b) and synergistically reduced SP1 expression (Fig. 6c), ultimately enhanced sensitivity to cisplatin in A549/CDDP cells. In contrast to si-HOTAIR, pcDNA/HOTAIR vector inhibited miR-326 expression and synergistically enhanced SP1 expression in A549 cells
