Reference title

Functional description
We found that LINC00152 expression was significantly decreased in CRC tissues and CRC cell lines. Overexpression of LINC00152 resulted in decreased cell viability and increased apoptosis in CSC cell lines. Interestingly, miR-376c-3p down-regulated the expression of LINC00152 in CSC cells. In addition, miR-376c-3p suppressed the effect of LINC00152 on the viability and apoptosis of CSC cells.
