Functional description
Hsa-miR-125b was down-regulated in bladder cancer compared with matched normal urothelium. Both SIRT7 and MALAT1 were up-regulated in bladder cancer compared with matched normal urothelium. Upregulation of hsa-miR-125b or downregulation of SIRT7 inhibited proliferation, motility and increased apoptosis.
