Functional description
The present study uncovers and validates IDD-specific circRNA transcriptome profiles, in which circRNA_104670 is upregulated in human IDD tissues and regulates mRNA (MMP-2) by directly sponging miRNA-17-3p (ceRNA). These data may provide a novel potential therapeutic target for patients with IDD.
