Functional description
To conclude, our study found the up-regulated DANCR expression and the down-regulated miR-216a-5p expression in OSCC. Thus, DANCR could promote the cell growth, migration and invasion and suppress the cell apoptosis of OSCC cells via targeting miR-216a-5p, which may offer an alternative treatment of OSCC.
