In conclusion, we highlight the primary role of SNHG16in proliferation, migration, and EMT of CRC cells through miR-124-3p/MCP-1 axis. Ourfindings support the notionthat the development of SNHG16/miR-124-3p/MCP-1 axis-targeted drugs is an effective strategy for treating CRC.
