Functional description
In summary, we successfully built ceRNA regulatory networks toprovide a comprehensive understanding of detailed molecular me-chanisms underlying the pathogenesis of CRC using two independentdatasets. Importantly, we confirmed a potential regulatory axis thatIGF2-AS could regulate the expression of IGF2 by sponging miR-150that was validated in both CRC cell lines and clinical samples. Wesuppose that the IGF2-AS/miR-150/IGF2 axis may exert a critical rolein the development and progression of CRC.
