Functional description
In conclusion, here we indicated a novel mechanism underlying theglycolysis progression under hypoxia in HCC. HOTAIR expression wasincreased in HCC cells after hypoxia treatment. Knockdown of HOTAIRinhibited glycolysis in HCC cells stimulated with hypoxia, possibly byacting as a ceRNA network of HOTAIR/miR-130a-3p/HIF1A. This studymay provide a new therapeutic target for treatment of HCC
