Functional description
Our study established a role for regulatory pathway of MEG3/miR-483-3p/ ERp29 in HCC under the conditions of high glucose. Overall, our findings suggest that HG negatively regulates the expression of ERp29 by inhibiting the miRNA sponge role of MEG3 on miR-483-3p in HCC cells.
