Functional description
In summary, our data demonstrated that ANRIL pro-moted HCC cells growth, migration and invasion. One of possible mechanisms responsible for the tumour-pro-moting actions is that ANRIL sponging miR-144 to derepress PBX3. Furthermore, miR-144 blocked PI3K/AKT and JAK/STAT signalling pathways by targeting PBX3.
