Functional description
In conclusion, the present study for the first timeidentified that HOXD-AS1 serves as an oncogene throughinducing malignant traits of human BCa. Our findingsprovide the convincing evidence for a novel HOXD-AS1/miR-421/SOX4 regulatory axis in BCa, undoubtedlyshedding new light on the diagnosis and treatment forthis malignant disease.
